Sharpe Leadership Eric Eilertsen PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Eric Eilertsen became the new president of Sharpe Group in 2021. He has a background of diverse leadership experience across general management, corporate finance, operations, business development, sales and marketing. Previously, Eilertsen founded an SaaS mobile technology platform adopted by Kroger, MLB, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, Samsung and others. As a C-level technology consultant to Kroger in the areas of logistics, operations and data insight, Eilertsen led Kroger’s reverse-logistics supply chain which he envisioned, built and eventually monetized. Eilertsen received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Mississippi, holds 15 technology-related patents and has been recognized as a Microsoft Innovation Award winner. Read more about Eric here. Jim Ross EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN Jim Ross is an executive with more than four decades of business experience who joined and has led the Sharpe team for more than a decade. His business leadership background includes experience with an international public accounting firm, the CFO of a publicly traded health related entity and president of a large financial institution. He has provided a broad range of operational and process analysis and advice to clients on strategic planning and board governance policies and procedures. Jim served as chairman of the board for Memphis Junior Achievement and as a member of the Junior Achievement National Board. Jim is a licensed CPA and CGMA and holds an MBA degree from the Vanderbilt Owen School of Business. Sara Latshaw SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS Sara Latshaw is an experienced professional who has held a succession of increasingly responsible roles within Sharpe Group since joining the organization in 2007. Currently, as SVP of Operations, she oversees the daily business operations of the company, developing and implementing growth strategies and internal procedures as well as reporting business activity to other senior leaders and consultants. She also manages the creative department, overseeing the timely delivery of client projects. Sara spent several years working in the production department of a Memphis advertising agency after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
