This license agreement with Robert F. Sharpe & Company, Inc., dba Sharpe Group, will authorize the use of the digital publications created by Sharpe Group for the royalty fee indicated here and with the use restrictions set forth here. The royalty fee is payable upon completion of this order and provides for 12-months’ use of the digital publication identified here. Any use of the material outside of these restrictions must be authorized by an officer of Sharpe Group and in writing or by email. Signature of this form in any format indicates acceptance of these terms and restrictions.
