Letter From Our Chief Executive Officer

Throughout the last five decades, SHARPE newkirk’s work has aligned us closely with our clients’ projects and missions. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work side by side with talented teams in our industry to provide critical services to nonprofit organizations.

For us, this year included several major milestones as well as a leadership reorganization that will set in motion new opportunities for both our clients and ourselves into the next decade.

We think a lot about how our company can enhance value to those clients that choose to do business with us. These thoughts are reflected in our mission statement, “Serving Those Who Serve Society.” Going into the next decade, our vision is to better connect our clients with our services so nonprofits across the United States have best-of-class tools with which to grow their mission.

SHARPE newkirk is dedicated to expanding our expertise from our historic planned giving niche to include consulting for annual fundraising and grant writing. We will broaden our PG talent to include a capacity to review your entire fundraising processes. Look to Sharpe to give your organization direction on all communications with donors—digital, print, face-to-face— and donor stewarding.

We are adding the abilities to advise on estate settlement processes, donor constituency patterns and trend assessments and are excited to provide you a more robust donor revenue projection model that will enable you to project more accurate data into your strategic plans.

And, you will see changes to our communications with you…be on the lookout for a new presentation of our bi-monthly newsletter, Give & Take, starting in January.

We have a team of dedicated consultants, who are experienced with proven insights that work and trained to customize those insights to your special needs. We strive to be the very best and to provide our clients with state-of-the-art analyses and tools to accomplish their missions. We can’t wait for the start of a new decade of working and serving together!

Kindest regards,

Jim Ross
Chairman, CEO
