Just like Indiana Jones was advised, it’s important to “choose wisely” when it comes to making professional resolutions for the New Year. Many factors can play a role in determining how to best allocate time and resources. To make the most of 2024, here are a few suggestions that should be part of your checklist and checkup:
- Clean your donor data (update age, wealth, address, etc. as needed).
- Invest in your staff with training. Three options: In-person (Join us in Orlando in January and schedule some donor calls) or at one of our two-day seminars. You can stay in your office and attend virtually or you can have a Sharpe consultant come to you for onsite training for your staff & board.

- Determine the condition of your planned giving pipeline with a short custom donor survey.
